Opened in 1985 in Washington Heights, a neighborhood once replete with Irish, Coogan’s was a beloved, classic Irish pub and restaurant serving American fare and classic Irish grub, in addition to the “best brunch in Uptown”. And of course there were the beers…all of the beers…
